Life: HS Around-the-World. L-Shape on box, walking around 360 degrees
Sport: Freestanding HS around box

6 Rounds
5 SDLHP – L: 95/65; S: 135/95
5 Clean & Jerk
5 Box Step Ups (S: Jumps)
Rest 30sec
*Be careful of those shins if you choose “Jumps” today. Your legs may be a little shaky on the first rep. Consider trying one portion of today’s WOD as “Sport”. Maybe the weight? Maybe the jumps?
