Strength Cycle: Post-Open Cycle – Week 3

*Start at 60% and work up. Shoot for beautiful reps only. Extend then violently push under the bar.

3 Burpee Pullups (S: BMU or RMU)
*Keep the snatches unbroken throughout even though you’re going to want to put it down. We’re shooting for 8-9 rounds.
