*Heavier than last week. No oly’s, belt, or sleeves.

6-10 DB Hammer Curls – It’s getting warm outside. Gotta get the guns ready for display.

WOD
15, 12, 9, 6, 3
Pullups (S: CTB)
Front Squats – 115/75 (S: OHS – 135/95)
*Shooting for sub-12min. Scale the weight as needed, but try to keep the reps the same. Whatever you do, keep moving.
