Find 1RM Front Squat

Run L: 600m; S: 800m
L: 12; S: 18 T2B
10 Power Cleans – L: 95/65; S: 135/95
*Find a run pace that is fast, but won’t completely derail the workout. T2B should be intelligently broken up to keep intensity high. Or, test your capacity and do it all unbroken!

1min Pigeon Stretch – ea leg
2min Seated Foward Fold – use rig for leverage, if needed
