40 Reps for time @ 65%
*This week, we’re skipping the build up to a heavy single… just spend 10min getting good and warmed up for the weight you’re choosing, then change the weight and 3, 2, 1, GO together as a class! Beat your time from last week! Rack/Unrack anytime. Front squats are very sport specific (i.e., thrusters, wallballs) so we’re trying to get more comfortable with bigger sets.

Power Snatch – L: 75/55; S: 95/65
L: 1/2 x Burpees; S: Burpees or 6/5/4/3 BMU
Cap = 15min. Work on bigger sets of PS, learn how to cycle that barbell efficiently, focus on that bar path being straight as you can get it. For the BMUs, push to stay UB as long as you can.
