1 Squat Clean @ 80-90%
*We spent a lot of time cleaning up our movement in the last cycle. These are heavy, but they should all be *pretty* singles.

L: 12/9; Spl/S: 16/12 Cal Row or Bike or Ski
L: 4; Spl: 6; S: 8 Burpee Box Step Overs (Spl/S: Jump Overs)
Rest 2min
*Cap = 18min (including rest). The pace here needs to be 100mph. Play with your burpee box over technique and make sure your pace is uncomfortably fast.
