40 L: 2-DB Push Press – 25/15; Spl: 35/25 or 20 HSPU; S: 20 SHSPU
30 2-DB Lunges
*This one is short and dirty. Time domain is 7-12min, which means you shouldn’t spend more than 2min at any area. Short sets with little rest should be maintainable.
