Row/Ski 500/400m or Bike 1100/900m or Run 400m (200m each)
L: 30; Spl: 40; S: 50 Pullups
-then:
2 Rounds
50 Box Step Overs (Spl/S: Jump Overs)
50 Snatches (L: 1-DB – 35/25) – Spl: 75/55; S: 95/65
-then:
2 Rounds
50 Burpees
50 Jerks (L: 1-DB Push Jerks)
-then:
50 Complexes
1 Complex = 1 Power Clean + 2 Front-Rack Lunges (R+L) + 1 Push Press.
*Cap = 35min

Sunday

Round 1: 10/8 Cal Bike/Row/Ski + 10 2-DB Box Step Overs – L: 15/10; Spl: 25/15; S: 35/25
Round 2: 10/8 Cal Row/Ski/Bike + 10 2-DB Lunges
*Alternate each round. Swap equipment with a friend.

-rest 3min, then:

In 14min, complete:
100 Wallballs
*E2M, Run 200m or Row/Ski 250/200m or Bike 600/400m. Start with the Run/Row/Ski/Bike. This might be tough to finish.
