*You’re going to lift your 10 Deadlifts, then do all 3 Rounds of the Bike Sprints. Rest 90sec, then start the next round of 10 Deadlifts and 3 Rounds of Bike Sprints. Make sense? Get to it.

20 Plate Ground-to-Overhead – L: 15/10; Spl: 35/25; S: 45/35
100m Plate Carry
10 Tall Box Step Ups (Spl/S: Jumps) – L: 24/20; Spl/S: 30/24
*Life – carry the plate in one arm, at your side, Splife/Sport – carry the plate in front of you like a chest plate (this will crush your biceps by Round 2).
