*We just hit heavy Squat Cleans yesterday, so don’t be afraid to back off on the weight today if your legs are a little fatigued.

L: 9; Spl: 12; S: 15 Thrusters – L: 75/55; Spl: 95/65; 105/70
L: 9; Spl: 12; S: 15 Pullups
Rest 60sec
*The Thruster/Pullup combo always puts a little fear in people’s hearts, so this piece is meant to help desensitize you to the discomfort. Focus on a big hip extension to save your arms from pressing too early in the Thruster. We want rounds to be around 2min (not including rest).
