6 Front Squats – 115/75; Spl/S: OHS – Spl: 115/75; S: 155/105
8 Burpee Box Jump Overs
20 Air Squats; Spl/S: 10 Pistols
*We want everyone to finish at least 3 rounds. FS/OHS should be heavy but one that you can clean/snatch for the first rep. BBJO should have you working on your footwork to reduce time wasted there. You can use your box to practice pistols (to it, on top of it, however).

-put away your equipment, then if you have time:

Run L: 800m; Spl: 1200m; S: 1600m
