“Kettlebell Hell”
Teams of 2. One partner goes all the way thru then switches off to the teammate.

1. In 3 minutes complete:
25 AKBS – L: 53/35; S: 70/53
15 Burpees
AMRAP of 1-arm KB Snatches from the hang in the remaining time.

Rest 3 minutes

2. In 3 minutes complete:
25 AKBS
15 Burpees
AMRAP of 1-arm KB Clean and Jerks from the hang in the remaining time.

Rest 3 minutes

3. In 3 minutes complete:
25 AKBS
15 Burpees
AMRAP of KB Goblet Squats in the remaining time. – KB can rest on chest.

Rest 3 minutes and repeat 2, then 1 with same rest pattern. Okay to use a dumbbell instead.
