*Barbell on back (modify to KB Goblet Hold). 1sec pause between jumps. Focus on speed out of the hole.

Rest 2min, then:
Max Effort Weighted Jumping Squats with same weight

3 Rounds
12 OHS – L: 95/65; S: 135/95
25 Weighted Situps (use slamball)
25 Slamballs
12 AKBS – L: 53/35; S: 70/53
