Even: Kipping Pullup pratice
*If unable to get a chin-over-bar kipping pullup, work on a hollow position kip that gets your “eyes” to the bar. Or, if you have kipping pullups, work on a perfect hollow body chest-to-bar.

OTM for 15min
Min 1: 7 Push Jerks – L: 115/75; S: ~60% of 1RM
Min 2: 45sec Hollow Hold
Min 3: 5 C2B Pullup (S: Bar Muscle-Ups or Ring Muscle-Ups)
