OTM for 7min
7 T2B
*emphasis is on kipping swing when modifying

Rest 2min, then:
Max Deadlifts at 75% 1RM
*reset each time and stop when form breaks down

30sec on / 30sec off:
10 Box Jumps
10 Pullups
10 Front Rack Lunges – 95/65
10 T2B
10 Push Press

*perform as many reps as possible in 30sec increments. Okay to switch to the next movement if you finish all 10 of one, just stay on the 30on/30off pattern
