Even: 3 Pause Power Position Clean @ 70-80%
*Jerk the last rep of each set. Dip, pause, extend through heels. No heaving. Drop, reset, and perform a perfect DL between each rep.

Odd: 5 Roll Back to Candlestick

Complete the following every three minutes for as long as possible:

From 0:00-3:00
2 Rounds
10 OHS – 95/65
10 Power Cleans

From 3:00-6:00
2 Rounds of 12 OHS, 12 PC

From 6:00-9:00
2 Rounds of 14 OHS, 14 PC

*follow the same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds. Check your heart rate monitor to see how well you recover between rounds.
