Even: 1 Pause Low Hang Power Clean & Jerk – Stand up, dip the bar below your knees, then go! If these feel smooth, then go for a little heavy. If not, don’t worry about it. We’re testing squat tomorrow, so no need to kill yourself. We’ll test your full clean & jerk next week.

Odd: Rest and count your blessings that we don’t have additional gymnastics work this week! But, don’t get greedy; it’ll return soon enough.
