*Must have hips & knees fully extended at top of each lunge step (no half-squatting thru the lunges). Any grip can be used on the overhead lunges, and arms don’t have to be locked out, but bar cannot come in contact with the head. Must jump from two feet and land on two feet for bar-facing burpees. For jumping pullups, the bar should be set at least 6″ above the top of the athlete’s head.
