Sport: First four sets are warmup sets between 60-75%. Final set is only working set at 82.5%.

In between sets, perform 1min KB/DB Suitcase Carries in a Figure 8 around/over your barbell (30sec ea hand) – HEAVY! We don’t have a working clock at Mellwood yet, so you may need to sing the entire first verse of “Freebird” in your head and then switch hands. 😉

HRPU (S: HSPU)
*Don’t be afraid to scale the reps if doing HSPU. Maybe try 1/2 reps so you get a chance to work on your weaknesses!
