In between sets, perform 30 Thick Band Pallof Press (15 ea side)
*The point of the pallof press is to work on resisting rotation, to build core stability!

P2 – Max Cals on Bike/Row
P1 – Runs 400m (S: 600m)
P2 – Max Cals on Bike/Row
P1 – Runs 400m (S: 800m)
P2 – Max Cals on Bike/Row

*Score is total Cals. Cap = 22min. And don’t be a p**** and do the Life distances if you know you can push the Sport distances and still be under the cap. Hugs & kisses!
