In between sets, perform 20 KB Single-Leg RDL (10 ea leg) – focus on properly loading the hip

5 Rounds
9 Thrusters – L: 45/35; S: 95/65
15 Double Unders (S: 30)

then, Max Pistols in remaining time
*Use a box or band to assist the pistol movement, making sure your knee tracks over your toes. As for the Thruster portion of the WOD, if you choose Life, make sure you’re truly going at a sprint pace.
