Congrats! You made it to the end of the cycle, so today begins re-testing week where we’ll retest movements and workouts we performed 8 weeks ago. So, if you track your workouts (YOU DO, DON’T YOU?!?!), refer back to the week of March 28th to gauge your improvement.
