As we begin our next cycle, we’ll test out the various movements that we’ll focus on for the next eight weeks. So, welcome to the second week of Testing!

Max Power Snatch

4 Rounds
6 Power Snatches – L: 95/65; S: 135/95
Run 200m/Row 250m/Bike 0.3miles (S: Run 400m/Row 500m/Bike 0.7miles)
*Snatches should be touch & go, or fast singles, and the run should be the deciding variable on your final time. Cap = 12min
