Life: Start with a 200m run UP THE HILL, then every 6min complete another 200m hill run
Sport: Start with a 200m partner carry along the flat path, then every 6min complete another 200m partner carry

So, 0:00, 6:00, 12:00, etc…

*The turn around point for the 200m UP HILL RUN is the set of brick steps belonging to the first house on the left.
