50 Partner Wallballs
(stand next to each other at the wall and alternate wallball-ing back and forth to each other)

3 Rounds
30 Alternating Box Step Overs (S: Jump Overs)
30 Push Jerks – L: 105/65; S: 145/95 – one partner holds 1-KB in front rack
30 AKBS – L: 53/35; S: 70/53 – one partner holds bar at top of deadlift

50 Partner Wallballs

9:30a – DC Unloaded

*No Open Gym or 12:30p Unloaded on Sunday due to the holiday.
*Remember that we have only one class at 9:30a on Monday. Have a great weekend!
