Strength Cycle – Week 6

4 Back Squat @ 85% – no oly’s, belt, or sleeves. Clean it up.
6-20 DB Overhead Tricep Extensions or Diamond Pushups

50/40 Calories on Bike/Rower or Run 800m
40 HRPU (S: HSPU – in 4 sets or less)
30 Thrusters – L: 75/55; S: 95/65
20 CTB (S: 20 MU)
*Cap = 17min. Motor and Gymnastics test. Scale the weight and HSPU reps so you can maintain bigger sets while keeping your intensity high on the bike/rower/run and barbell
