5 Touch & Go Deadlift @ 75%
6min Partner GHR – 20sec per partner, 10sec to switch
Tabata Cardio
8 x 15sec on, 15sec off
Your choice of: Row, Bike or Burpees

2 Rounds
Bike 1200m or Row 500m or Run 400m
25 AKBS – L: 53/35; S: 70/53
20 Lunges w/ KB in Front Goblet Hold
*Swings should be done in no more than 3 sets. Shoot for 7-12min.
