P1: Run 100m or Row 150m or Bike 300m
5 Pushups
10 Air Squats
5 Burpees
P2: Double Unders until P1 finishes

*Each partner completes 10 rounds. Light Saturday WOD because of all the heavy weight we lifted this week!

9:30a – DC Unloaded
10:30a-12:30p – Open Gym
12:30p – DC Unloaded
