Strength Cycle – Transition Week

5 Back Squat
*Start at 70% and work up
In between sets, work on your handstands or handstand pushups!

100 Strict Presses – L: 65/35: S: 95/65
Run 100m every time you break (stop sign)
*Cap = 17min. This WOD is probably deceiving, so make sure to scale the weight as necessary. If choosing Sport, you probably need a Press PR of around 200/115.
