Strength Cycle – Week 1

L: 6 Cleans
S: 3 Pause Power Position Clean @ 70-80%
*Clean and Jerk on the final rep of each set. Drop and reset each rep.
8-10 Weighted Glute Bridge

OTM for 14min
Even: 3-8 Pullups
Odd: 1 Heavy Power Clean to Push Jerk
*Go strict pullups if working on strength. Go kipping or butterfly pullup if that’s your ticket. Your call. Pick a weight on the C&J that you won’t miss more than once throughout the WOD.
