*Controlled on the way down, take the hands off the bar, complete next rep. We’re focusing on the eccentric control (the negative)
8-12 Rear-Foot Elevated Lunge – KB farmers carry hold, 2sec tempo down, 1sec hold at bottom, EXPLODE up

3 Rounds
30 Double Unders (S: 60)
12 Burpees (S: Over Bar)
6 Power Snatches – L: 105/65; S: 135/95
*DU’s should be done in 3 sets or less. Burpees should be steady. And power snatches should be fast singles or touch & go. Time is sub 10min
