L: 6×4 Cleans (+5/10lbs from last week)
S: Find 1RM Pause Power Position Clean in 9min-ish, then in remaining 9min-ish, lower the weight to find a 1RM Pause Low Hang Clean (below knee)

8-10 Weighted Glute Bridge

WOD
5 Rounds
12 Pushups (S: 20)
30 Lunges (S: 40)
*Looks simple on paper, but don’t be fooled. Also, don’t allow yourself to do garbage reps. Keep it clean. Cap = 17min
