Row/Bike 180 Cals
*Switch every 30 cals, so each athlete goes twice

*Switch every 20 cals, so each athlete goes twice

Row/Bike 120 Cals
*Switch every 10 cals, so each athlete goes four times

Cap = 24min. Not everyone is going to finish under the time cap, and that’s okay today.
