3 Deadlift – heavier than week 1
*Controlled on the way down, take the hands off the bar, complete next rep

“Pure Imagination”
L: Run 800m; S: Run 1 Mile
L: 25; S: 50 HSPU
25 Overhead Squats – L: 75/55; S: 115/75
*Cap = 20min. OHS should be no more than 3 sets. Scale the HSPU to HRPU if you’re still struggling with these. But, if you do HRPU, you have to do all 50 reps.
