3 Strict Press
L: Add 5/10lbs to last week’s heaviest set
S: All sets @ 85%
6-8 EXPLOSIVE Rotational Slamball Throws – ea side

5 Rounds
20 Pistols
10 Deadlift – L: 185/115; S: 225/145
6 CTB (S: Bar or Ring MU)
*When scaling the pistols, use the “band on the rig” approach or do 40 Air Squats instead. Deadlifts should be unbroken and keep the CTB/MU to no more than 2 sets (so make them challenging)
