Strength Cycle – Week 2

OTM for 16min
1 Clean & Jerk – AHAP

1 Squat Clean & Jerk @ 80-92.5%

8 Rounds
Sprint 100m or Bike 300m or Row 125m
5-10 Pullups (S: CTB)
Rest 60sec
*Pullups should never be more than 2 sets. Scale the reps so that happens. 80 is a lot of reps, so be careful. Your goal is to hit the same time over and over again, not blaze out real fast then die off.
