1 Squat Clean & Jerk @ 80-95%

WOD
6 Rounds
L: Sprint 100m; S: Sprint 200m
Max set of UB HSPU or Pushups
Rest 2min
*Goal should be 10 reps per round for everyone, so scale to pushups as needed to make that happen. Sprint should be an actual sprint, especially the 200m. Don’t just run, to run. You need to sprint today. If you’re awesome at HSPU, then make them strict.
