Strength/Skill
OTM for 18min
Power Snatch – 6 x 2 – AHAP
Snatch High Pull – 6 x 2 @ ~100% of 1RM
Snatch Deadlift – 6 x 2 @ ~125% of 1RM

WOD
3 Rounds
6 Power Snatch – L: 105/65; S: Squat Snatch – 135/95
12 Burpees Over Bar
*Snatches should be fast singles. The burpees will start to hurt as the quad pain grows and grows throughout the piece. This should be short but painful.
