Alternating EMOM for 18min
L: 9; S: 15 Push Presses – L: 95/65; S: 135/95
L: 9; S: 15 Pullups
Row 15/9 Cals or Bike 12/7 Cals
*Three movements, alternating each minute. Take a minute off if you fail a round. This piece won’t be difficult early on, and if it is, it should be scaled back to a weight/rep scheme that is manageable. As time goes on, it will start to add up and hurt. Hang on!
