60 Clean & Jerk – L: 105/75; S: 155/105

-then-
P1 – 40 Pushups (S: HRPU)
P2 – Hold plate overhead – L: 25/15; S: 45/25
*Each partner must complete 40 pushups. Can only work while plate is overhead. Split as needed.

-then-
P1 – 30 T2B
P2 – Hold plank
*Each partner must complete 30 T2B. Can only work while partner holds plank. Split as needed.

-then-
P1 – 20 AKBS – L: 53/35; S: 70/53
P2 – 20 Pullups
*Both must work at the same time, and both must complete 20 of each. Split as needed.

-then-
150 Single or Double Unders. Split however. One partner at a time.

Sunday
Gym is closed this Sunday! Sorry, everyone! We have to seal the concrete on the indoor ramp, and the sealant is going to leave the place a little fumey.
