Snatch High Pull – 4 x 1 @ ~100% of 1RM
Snatch Deadlift – 4 x 1 @ ~125% of 1RM

8 Power Snatches – L: 95/65; S: 115/75
12 T2B
8 Burpees Over Bar
*Nice, long AMRAP. Power Snatches should be fast singles. Move quickly thru them to reduce time under tension. T2B shouldn’t be more than 2 sets. Everyone should get at least 5 rounds, and we hope to see some people closer to 8.
