In 16min:
1RM Power Snatch
Squat Snatch

5 Rounds
L: 15; S: 20 Wallballs
10 Power Snatches – L: 75/55; S: 95/65
5 CTB (S: Bar or Ring MU)
*Cap = 18min. This should be a steady methodical workout where you rip off big chunks of movements. Scale the reps/weights to allow for that to happen.
