OTM until Failure:
L: 4; S: 8 Chest to Deck Pushups
4 Hang Power Cleans – L: 105/70; S: 155/105
*Both in same minute. Increase each movement by 1 rep each minute until failure. Make sure the HPC is scaled to a weight where you can go unbroken for a decent chunk of time. The pushups will likely be the movement that causes failure in the end. Goal should be for you to make it close to 10:00. If you die way early, take a minute off and continue where you left off until 10:00.
