1RM Clean Complex:
Power Clean + Push Jerk + Front Squat + Hang Squat Clean + Split Jerk
*Pro Tip… work through the complex quickly while making sure you hit good positions. Don’t waste time holding the bar between movements

Burpee Over Bar
Pullups (S: C2B)
*Cap = 12min. We’d like to see a couple people finish this WOD sub-6min. Scale to make it so.
