Strength Cycle – Week 1

In 20min:
Find your new 5RM Back Squat
You will get to do this every week during this cycle. The goal is to consistently add 5-10lbs each week. Base your increase on how challenging last week was (easy-10lbs, hard-5lbs).
In between sets, work on HS & HSPU variations

10 Push Jerks – L: 95/65; S: 115/75
10 AKBS – L: 53/35; S: 70/53
20sec HS Hold (S: 20′ HS Walk)
*The jerks and the swings should be unbroken the entire time. The handstands will be an interesting test under fatigue. A handful of people should be near 6+ rounds.
