Thanksgiving Week Schedule
Wednesday – normal classes
Thursday – 9:30a & 10:30a only
Friday – normal classes resume

Strength Cycle – Week 2

1 Snatch Complex – Snatch + OHS + Hang Snatch + OHS
*Start around 70% of your 1RM and build up
10 Band Pallof Press on each side

3 Rounds
20 Pushups
30 Air Squats
40 Double Unders
Rest 60sec
*Gymnastic by design. Strive to push each round, making sure you’re not taking longer than 4min per round. Work hard then recover.
