Double Under Practice

5 Burpee Pullups (S: 3-5 MU)
Row 20/15 Cals or Bike 16/13 Cals or Run 200m
*To get all that you can from this piece, you’ll need to push the rower/bike. If you want to work on butterfly CTB in this piece, or some other pullup variation, do so.
