10 Band Pallof Press on each side
4 HSPU (S: Strict)
8 Power Snatches – 95/65 (S: Sq Sn – 115/75)
*The HSPU shouldn’t be more than 2 sets, otherwise scale to HRPU. Can you push for 7 rounds?
