*Start around 70% of your 1RM and build up
10 Band Pallof Press on each side

10 Hang Squat Cleans – L: 95/65; S: 135/95
5 HSPU (S: Strict)
*Challenge yourself to do the HSC touch & go. Everything else should be manageable enough that you needn’t worry about any reps. Shoot for 5+ rounds.
