40 Weighted Overhead Lunges – 45/35 (20l/20r)
35 Double Unders
-Rest until 25:00, then:
8 Thrusters – L: 75/55; S: 95/65
*Breathe and relax between pieces to maximize your rest so you can give the proper amount of intensity to the second piece. You’ll really want to break up the lunges, but can you push thru and do them unbroken? In the second piece, shoot for over 3 rounds each interval.
